frequency signature

the total aggregate of a form, and the relative distribution of frequencies contained within its structure, this can be though of almost as a sort of fingerprint for the form in question. It also determines what data is available to it, what dimensions it can interface with, and how it responds to data from other forms

while all forms have a frequency signature, a form with move out/Soul Fire present within its form has the added ability to change its form, and make decisions, and produces additional frequencies known as Soul Resonance
