Asymptotic Truth

A statement that approaches a higher-dimensional reality as closely as language and thought can carry it, without ever fully arriving. Named by analogy to the mathematical asymptote a curve that draws infinitely close to a limit without ever touching it. An Asymptotic Truth gets closer and closer to what is actually the case at higher dimensional levels, but the full truth cannot be collapsed into language or three-dimensional logic without distorting it.

Asymptotic Truths typically take the form of paradoxes: clusters of contradictory statements that the mind cannot resolve into a single coherent picture, but which together produce an impression of the higher reality they are pointing toward. The tension created by the unresolved contradictions is itself information, it marks the boundary where three-dimensional cognition reaches its limit and intuitive knowing must take over. Contemplation of any well constructed Asymptotic Truth will invariably lead a person to deeper intuitive understanding of the subject, even if they cannot describe it in language themselves.

An example of this framework:

  • The incarnated soul is the Primordial Cluster, and the incarnated soul is its own distinct individual. Both are fully true. They do not resolve. Your higher selves are both "you and not you" and "you and something far beyond you"

Spending time with an Asymptotic Truth by sitting with the paradox rather than resolving it, allows the intuitive faculty to recognize what the rational mind cannot contain. This is the intended mode of reception. Deep contemplation of Asymptotic truth can inspire deep realizations and consciousness evolution.

Threshold Statement

Asymptotic Truths serve as a threshold of understanding as well. While all Asymptotic Truths are technically a threshold statement, some ideas are more evolutionary or challenging for people. A great example of a Threshold statement is

"You are Sovereign and Free But also bounded by higher laws" This at first is a paradox, a being cannot be both free and bound by laws at the same moment. Contemplation of this idea can help a being being to understand higher dimensional ideas indirectly.

additionally the idea that "You are both a unique individual and all things; an emanation of the Omnivum and the entirety of the Omnivum" is another such paradox. The reality of these statements and their truth does not parse into language in the way an intellect can easily understand, yet you can begin to gain a sort of intuitive knowing upon deeper reflection.

A Note on This Framework

Many of the core claims in this framework are Asymptotic Truths. Where a paradox is presented without resolution, this is deliberate. The listener is invited to hold both sides without forcing a synthesis, and to notice what arises intuitively in the space between them.
